Before an appointment
Treatments are subject to consultation and suitability, not guaranteed by a booking. Give accurate relevant medical history and disclose medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding and changes since any previous appointment. Please do not send detailed health history in a website enquiry.
Treatments are for clients aged 18 and over. Cosmetic injectable appointments must not be arranged for under-18s; identification may be requested. Patch tests and treatment planning
Consultation and a laser patch test are required before treatment. Treatment can begin 48 hours after the patch test. Laser treatment must not proceed without the required patch test and minimum interval.
Hair-removal sessions are spaced 4–6 weeks for facial hair and 6–8 weeks for body hair. Laser pigmentation, microneedling and the supplied skin-booster session package are spaced every 6 weeks. These intervals must not be applied to tattoo-removal sessions without a separate treatment plan.

Consent, photography and aftercare
Discuss expected outcomes, risks, alternatives and aftercare before agreeing to treatment. Individual results vary and no particular result is guaranteed. Follow the supplied treatment aftercare and contact the clinic about concerns; seek urgent medical assistance for emergency symptoms.
Photography for public marketing is optional and separate from treatment consent. Website marketing consent has been confirmed for the comparisons supplied for this site; new images require their own permission. Declining optional marketing photography must not determine treatment eligibility.
Courses, packages and vouchers

A £25 booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your treatment total. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With 48 hours’ notice or more, you can request a refund or transfer your booking fee to a new appointment. For late cancellations or missed appointments, the booking fee may be retained to cover reasonable losses, subject to your statutory rights.
If you’re running late, please let me know. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be rearranged for safety. All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. If I need to cancel, you’ll be offered a rearrangement or refund. For online or distance bookings, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Thank you for supporting my small independent clinic.
BOOKING FEE
A £25 booking fee is required to secure a treatment appointment and will be deducted from the treatment price. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. With 48 hours’ notice or more, you may request a refund of your booking fee or transfer it to another available appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance, the booking fee may be retained to cover reasonable losses arising from the unused appointment, subject to your legal rights. No additional charge will be imposed automatically.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please contact me if you are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot safely go ahead. Where an appointment is lost, the same fair cancellation approach applies.
MEDICAL SUITABILITY & SAFETY
All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment. If treatment cannot proceed for safety or medical reasons, we will discuss a suitable alternative, rearrangement or appropriate refund fairly, taking account of the circumstances. If I cancel an appointment, you will be offered a rearrangement or a refund of the booking fee.
COURSES & PACKAGES
Please give 48 hours’ notice to rearrange a course session. Any cancellation or refund request for a package will be assessed fairly, including sessions already delivered, agreed discounts and applicable consumer rights.
ONLINE & DISTANCE BOOKINGS
For bookings made online or at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. If you request a service within that period, applicable rules on express consent and payment for services already supplied may apply. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

To cancel or rearrange, please contact Nurse Kasey Aesthetics by telephone, text or email using the contact details in your booking confirmation. Please do not rely on Instagram DMs for cancellations, as they may not be seen promptly.

Valid for 12 months from purchase; expiry date shown on the voucher. Redeemable towards eligible treatments, subject to availability, consultation and medical suitability. Monetary balances may be used across appointments until expiry. Any price difference is payable.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
A little self-care, thoughtfully gifted. Please read these terms before purchasing or redeeming a voucher.
1. VALIDITY
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher. Please book and complete your treatment before that date. Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to applicable legal rights.
2. USING YOUR VOUCHER
Vouchers may be used towards eligible Nurse Kasey Aesthetics treatments, subject to availability and clinical suitability. Please mention your voucher when booking and present it digitally or in print at your appointment. Monetary vouchers can be used across more than one appointment; any unused balance remains valid until the original expiry date. If your treatment costs more than the balance, you pay the difference.
3. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Our standard £25 booking fee and 48-hour cancellation policy applies. An eligible voucher balance may be used to pay the booking fee. For late cancellations or missed appointments, a reasonable charge may be deducted to reflect actual losses, subject to consumer rights. Please cancel by text, telephone or email, not Instagram DM.
4. CONSULTATION & MEDICAL SUITABILITY
All treatments require appropriate consultation and clinical assessment. A voucher does not guarantee any particular treatment. If a treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss alternatives or an appropriate refund in line with your legal rights. Prescription-only treatments are subject to the required assessment and prescribing arrangements.
5. REFUNDS & STATUTORY RIGHTS
Vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Purchases made online or at a distance may carry a 14-day statutory cancellation right, subject to applicable exceptions. If the clinic cannot honour a valid voucher, an appropriate refund or alternative will be offered. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
6. PRICES & LOST VOUCHERS
Monetary vouchers retain their face value; treatment prices may change. Any difference in price is payable unless a specific treatment price was expressly guaranteed. Lost vouchers may be replaced if purchase and remaining balance can be verified. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers or for services supplied by other businesses at the premises.
